Ships.

Battleships, Battlecruisers and Aircraft Carriers: Third and subsequent ship of a class, 5%.

Cruisers: Fifth and subsequent ships of a class, 5%.

Destroyers: Eighth and subsequent ships of a class, 5%.

Vehicles.

Eleventh to twentieth of a specific model of vehicle: 2%

Twenty-first to fortieth: 5%.

Forty-first and subsequent: 10%.
